EXITO Club is a compact gay club in Playa de las Américas, set inside the C.C. Verónicas 2 complex on Avenida Rafael Puig Lluvina, the busy nightlife strip of southern Tenerife. It occupies the venue that regulars knew in earlier years as Babylon Disco Pub, and it remains one of the few openly gay dance spaces on this side of the island.
The club is a weekend affair: doors open late on Friday and Saturday nights, and the room tends to stay quiet until well after midnight before filling up. Guides describe a programme built around DJ sets, drag performances and go-go dancers, with a door charge that includes a drink. Its Instagram account is the best place to check the line-up before heading out, as themes and guest performers change from week to week.
The crowd mixes residents of the south of the island with holidaymakers staying in Playa de las Américas, Costa Adeje and Los Cristianos. If you are planning a night on the Verónicas strip, start with a drink elsewhere and head here once the evening picks up.
