The CIG Arcigay Milano - Il Guado is the Milan chapter of Arcigay and the driving force behind Milano Pride, coordinated with the wider Coordinamento Milano Pride. The event reached its twenty-fifth edition in 2026 and is among the largest Prides in Italy, with a strongly political march that reflects the country's incomplete recognition of same-sex couples and families.
