Manchester Village Pride CIC is the community interest company that took over Manchester's Pride for 2026, after the historic organiser Manchester Pride collapsed in October 2025. Run by a volunteer board and backed by loans from Gay Village businesses, it is rebuilding the event around Canal Street, with a not-for-profit model that returns money to LGBTQ+ causes and a public transparency dashboard.
