OAFAR - Ayuntamiento de Santa Cruz de Tenerife

The Carnival of Santa Cruz de Tenerife is one of the largest carnivals in the world, classed a Festival of International Tourist Interest and twinned with Rio de Janeiro. It is run by the OAFAR, the events body of Santa Cruz town council. Its drag gala, now branded Dragnaval, is a recent addition, first held in 2024.
