Arena Experience, often written Arena Xperience, is a gay club in Barcelona on Ronda de Sant Pere, close to Plaça de Catalunya and Urquinaona. Run by Grupo Arena, it brings together under one roof the spirit of Arena Madre and Arena Classic, two names that have been part of the city’s gay nights for years.
The club opens every night of the week from 00:30. Each night has its own theme, from drag and glamour evenings to fluorescent parties, sensual nights and an urban session, with a soundtrack that moves between pop, chart hits, remixes, house and reggaeton. Drag shows and striptease performances are a regular part of the programme, and special dates such as Halloween get their own party. The venue also hosts Aire Chicas, the group’s parties for women.
Tickets can be bought online through the Arena ticket page, which is the easiest way to check the night’s theme and price. Follow the club’s Instagram for the weekly line-up.
