Sauna Casanova is a gay sauna in Barcelona located on Carrer de Casanova, in the Eixample district that locals call the Gaixample, a short walk from Universitat and the bars of Carrer del Consell de Cent. It is part of the Pases group of venues and is one of the best known gay saunas of the Gaixample.
The sauna never closes: it is open 24 hours a day, every day of the year, which makes it an easy option after a night out or on a lazy afternoon. Facilities include a dry sauna, a steam room, a pool and a jacuzzi, showers, lockers, rest areas and private cabins. There is also a darkroom, cruising areas, a video room, a bar and an entertainment room, and the lights and music give the place a club-like atmosphere.
