Boiler is a large men-only sauna hidden in a courtyard at Mehringdamm 34, in Kreuzberg, in the same building as the BKA-Theater and next to the Mehringdamm U-Bahn station (U6 and U7). Spread over some 1,500 m² with an industrial look, it is one of the most complete options for anyone searching for a gay sauna in Berlin, and it has been open since 2011. Trans men are welcome.
The heart of the venue is a pool at 33°C with air jets and a waterfall. Around it you will find a 90°C Finnish sauna with staff-led infusions every day from 5 pm to 9 pm, a gentler bio sauna, a hammam, a large steam room laid out as a labyrinth, a garden and a terrace. Next to the wellness area, a cruising zone offers more than 20 private cabins at no extra charge. The bar serves drinks, pizzas, soups and snacks, and massages can be booked.
Boiler opens daily at noon and runs nonstop from Friday afternoon to Monday morning. A standard ticket costs €26 on weekdays and €29 at weekends, towel included, and guests under 28 pay €19.
