Sauna Apolo is a gay sauna in Torremolinos, on Avenida Carlota Alessandri, west of the town centre and close to El Pinillo station on the Málaga to Fuengirola commuter line. It draws a varied, international crowd of locals and visitors from all along the Costa del Sol.
Facilities include a dry sauna, a steam room and a jacuzzi, relaxation areas, private cabins and suites, a video room, play areas, changing rooms and showers, as well as a bar and a relaxing massage service by a professional masseur. Entry includes a locker, a towel, flip-flops and soap, so there is nothing to bring.
Apolo opens every day of the year from 15:00 to 22:00, closing only on 24 and 31 December, and on Sundays in July and August it opens from 07:00. Prices vary by day, from roughly €11 midweek up to €18 on Sundays and public holidays, with a reduced Tuesday rate for guests aged 18 to 25. Payment is by cash or card, and several bus lines stop nearby at the La Carihuela health centre.
