WOOF Berlin

WOOF has been part of Schöneberg’s gay scene since 2006, on Fuggerstraße, a few minutes on foot from Nollendorfplatz and the bars of Motzstraße. It is a gay cruising bar in Berlin with a clear identity: the regulars are mostly bears, bearded and hairy men, chubs, daddies and the guys who like them, and the mood is relaxed and unfussy.

It works as a straightforward bar, while a darkroom gives the place its cruising side. The calendar is built around themed nights and regular drink offers, and WOOF also hosts events linked to Berlin’s big fetish weekends, such as a Rubberweekend social. In summer, a beer garden lets you take your drink outside.

Opening times are announced differently from one guide to another, so check the venue’s own channels before planning a late visit. The bar stays open well into the night, which makes it an easy stop between other venues in the neighbourhood.
