Maspalomas Fetish Pride 2026 takes over the south of Gran Canaria from 1 to 12 October, turning the Yumbo Centre and the venues of Playa del Ingles into one of the largest men’s fetish gatherings in Europe. Now in its fourteenth edition, the event gathers leather, rubber, puppy, uniform, skins, punks and sportswear crowds for twelve days of pool parties, themed club nights and the Mr Fetish Europe election, in a resort where the whole scene sits within walking distance.
The event is organised by Igon Canaries together with the bars and clubs of the Yumbo Centre. It started life as Fetish Week and was renamed Fetish Pride in 2022 as part of a more inclusive programme, though locals still call it fetish week out of habit. That shift in name reflects the tone: a fetish event that leans into celebration and community rather than a closed club scene.
The programme is built on two pillars, daytime pool parties and night-time themed events, spread across a dozen venues.
The week opens with a Welcome Pool Party and runs a string of daytime sessions at Basement Studios and Tropical La Zona, from a Porn Star Pool Party to a Sportswear Pool Party. The headline contest, the Mr Fetish Europe election, is staged over two evenings at Club Kiki in the Yumbo Centre and remains the most watched moment of the festival. Recent editions have run around ten pool parties in total, at Basement Studios, Tropical La Zona and Axel Beach, alongside guest brands such as Recon’s Full Fetish and London’s Hard On.
The evenings move through the bars and clubs of the centre with a different code each night, from sportswear socials to skins and punks nights, alongside recurring guest parties such as Recon and Hard On and specialist workshops. Dress code is encouraged but not compulsory; the organisers frame it around self-expression and comfort, and at the pool parties fetish gear, jocks, trunks or nothing at all are all accepted. Specialist workshops feature too, from gear socials to a fisting masterclass, and the share of the crowd turning up in full gear grows every year.
The event runs 1 to 12 October 2026, based at the Yumbo Centre, Avenida de Estados Unidos 54, in Maspalomas. Individual parties are ticketed separately, several through the official site and specialist ticketing platforms, and some socials are free. Gran Canaria airport is about thirty minutes away, and staying in the bungalow complexes around the Yumbo means everything is a short walk home, which matters at a festival where the clubs run until 6am. Igon Canaries stages the event with the venues of the centre, and the detailed day-by-day programme is published progressively on the official site, so check it again nearer the dates.
It is worth knowing that Gran Canaria hosts a second, separate fetish festival in winter, BRUTAL, in February. Maspalomas Fetish Pride is the October event, beach-and-pool heavy; BRUTAL is the colder-weather, club-focused one. They are run by different organisers and should not be confused.
