56 Dean Street is a free NHS sexual health clinic in the middle of Soho, run by Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. It is widely used by gay and bisexual men and by the wider LGBTQ+ community, and it is a key address for sexual health in London for gay men, locals and visitors alike.

Services include testing for sexually transmitted infections and HIV, PrEP and PEP, DoxyPEP, the Bexsero vaccine, contraception, HIV treatment, support for people affected by chemsex, and care for trans and non-binary patients. Walk-in access is available for certain needs, such as emergencies, starting PrEP and patients under 21. A separate express testing service operates a few doors away at 34 Dean Street.

The clinic opens from 8am to 7pm on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, from noon to 7pm on Wednesday, from 9am to 4pm on Friday and from 11am to 4pm on Saturday. It is closed on Sundays and bank holidays.
