SweatBox Soho occupies Ramillies House, on a side street in Soho, a few minutes’ walk from Oxford Circus. Spread over three floors, it combines a working gym with a sauna, which makes it one of the few places where a gay sauna in London and a training session share the same address. Entry is for men only.
The venue never closes: it is open 24 hours a day, every day of the week. Passes are bought through the SweatBox app and paid by card only, as no cash is taken. The published rates start at £25 for a 24-hour pass, with £17 for guests aged 25 and under on showing valid ID, and weekly, monthly and yearly options for regulars. Each visit is limited to eight hours.
Private cabins can be rented by the hour or for an eight-hour block, and massages of 30, 60 or 90 minutes are offered on site, priced separately from entry. The central location makes it easy to combine with an evening in Soho.
